1.We send thru China Post (free shipment is deceided by seller, we also will choose EMS or UPS if its price is cheaper than post). If you would like to deliver them by express company, pls contact us first. All orders must be shipped to the address you have registered with Alipay.

Return Policy

For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties, taxes and all shipping cost. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item for carrier. Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.
