Storage tank-Designed for storing water purified by reverse osmosis technology. The tightness of the storage tank allows you to keep the taste of water quality and prevents the ingress of dust and foreign odors.
The tank has two chambers, isolated from each other, separated by a diaphragm (pear) of food rubber. The bottom capacity is for air and the top is for clean water. In the lower chamber (it looks like a rubber pear), the space between the wall of the container and the diaphragm is filled with air. The excess pressure to be created in an empty tank is about 0,5-0,6 atmosphere. Supply of clean water after reverse osmotic membrane is carried out in the middle of the rubber pear. This process continues until the compressed air pressure between the tank and the diaphragm balances the water pressure at the inlet of the tank. Due to air pressure, the membrane is pumped, which allows you to completely clean the tank from the water.
On the part of the air chamber, a nipple is installed, which allows, if necessary, to inflate or reduce the air pressure in the storage tank. On top of the tank is the thread on which the faucet of the storage tank is screwed for water supply and intake. The tank body is made of metal.
